Our measured surveys capture all relevant dimensions: floor plans, elevations, roof lines, internal heights, window and door positions, and site boundaries. All survey data is processed in CAD.

Do I need a measured survey if I already have plans?
It depends on the accuracy and age of your existing plans. If they were produced without a measured survey, or the property has been altered since, there is a risk they are inaccurate.
How long does a measured survey take?
A typical house survey takes half a day to a full day on site. Survey drawings are usually ready within 3-5 working days of the site visit.
